Members of the public are permitted entry to the Board room at 6:45 PM. Persons desiring to speak must sign up with the Board Secretary prior to 7:00 PM.

Only City of Reading residents, City of Reading taxpayers and Reading School District Community Partners are permitted to speak during the public comment section of the Regular Board Meeting. 

Each person shall be limited to three (3) minutes per person during the first ½ hour of the Regular Board Meeting. Additional time may be allotted at the end of the meeting. 

One (1) delegate from a Reading School District Community Partner group or organization shall be permitted to speak before the Board for a period of five (5) minutes per group.

The sharing and/or reallocation of public comment time is not permitted.
